Wanted: Owner Financed Fixer Upper On 1/2+ Acre In SW FL


⭕ Looking to (semi) retire to Florida. Selling house & business in Lakewood, CO in June/July. Need home with 2+ bedrooms and 2+ baths with a min of 1200 sf. on at least 1/2 acre in south west florida. Anywhere south of I4 to Naples, central to west coast. Will put $15k down and pay off in July 2017 or when house sells. Rent for time between must be reasonable as we are still paying mortgage in Colorado. No HOA. Fixer upper OK. Can pay up to $70K. Manufactured or modular considered.

Want to start fixing up house there, and start moving things from here down now to get house ready to sell here. Homes in our area have been selling in 2 - 3 weeks. Will put on the market in June when the house and yard look best (snow filled now) and plan to have it sold by end of July.

Weve been in the same home for almost 30 years. No late payments. Self employed in same company for 20 years. Good credit score. References. Originally from Fl, moving home to retire and get out of the snow. Dont want to live in a mobile home park.
