I bought this Coachmen Cascade in 2015 from a family of 4 who lived in it for one year to save money. The trailer is originally from the East Coast. When I bought it I had it registered in California so it does have CA plates now, but did not renew the registration in October when due and I dont plan on spending the extra money to do so now. The owners completely refurbished it with color, laminate flooring and additional storage. They put up a dividing wall and a small door to separate the rooms. They built in drawers and added more storage space in the kitchen and bedroom.
With the same purpose of saving money I lived in it for l6 months with absolutely no problems whatsoever! Its been parked in its current camp spot for 16 months and has been fantastic for me. Id continue living in it, but am leaving the country so need to sell. The pictures tell all.

The emergency window latch is broken, as you can see in the photos, but I never needed it as its covered with indoor insulation. When traveling with it on the road you have to tie the window down to avoid it popping open. The black tank sensor is not accurate, but I just know when to empty it and clean it with a wand each month.
Theres minor wear and tear on the inside with the wall paper that can easily be painted over or touched up. Also dirt and wear and tear on the outside, with slight rust on tires, but again, nothing that cant be cleaned up easily. Ive lived in forest-like setting for over a year so there are a lot of tree leaves and dirt about, but have had it cleaned/washed twice and there is absolutely no structural damage. There are no blinds in the living room space but the previous owner added simple curtains.
In comparison to other trailers available in the area, and all the additional amenities it comes with, it is more than a fair price to ask for, and the price is FIRM. Do not contact me to negotiate or lowball. Serious inquiries only.
