All Trailer Maintenance And Repair


⭕ I am offering to wire, re-wire, trouble shoot and/or repair, all types of utility, gooseneck, livestock, equipment, boat and jet ski trailers, enclosed or Commercial trailer wiring needs. I take pride in my work and will provide the best product from my work as possible. I will provide a Quality install of soldered connections and quality wires. I also do brake jobs, wheel bearings and seals, and break away kits.
The price will vary depending upon the number of lights, materials, time to do the job, size and type of the trailer and how fast you need the job done.
I can provide conventional mini lights or LEDs. Your choice. Or you can give me the lights that you want me to install. If youre happy, then Im happy.
I stand behind any work that I do. The warranty period and price, for that work will depend upon the quality of the materials and service that you choose.

Is it really worth taking the risk of pulling your trailer with faulty Lighting? No turn signals or Brake lights. Electric brakes not helping to manage that loaded trailer? When was the last time you checked your breakaway kit, and KNEW that it was working correctly?

DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY TENNESSEE HIGHWAY PATROL
TRAILER INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAILER BRAKES:
1.) Trailers with a gross weight of 3,000 lbs. or more are required to have brakes on ALL WHEELS.
2.) Trailer with a gross weight of 1,500 to 3,000 lbs. are required to have brakes on ONE axle.
3.) Trailers with a gross weight of less than 1,500 lbs. need NOT be equipped with brakes.
BREAK-AWAY EMERGENTY BRAKING SYSTEM:
1) Trailers equipped with brakes are required to have an emergency break-away braking device.

If a Tennessee State Trooper, decides to pull you over and inspect your trailer, it could mean being fined and/or shut down until your trailer meets ALL requirements and not just these, for brakes.


Why choose me, to do this work for you? Because I owned and operated a trucking company for more than eight years. I did my own maintenance for my Diesel Tractors, Flatbed trailers and Vans.
Brake jobs, hubs, air bags, tanks, air lines, breaker panels, built many wiring harnesses, etc.
I was an Industrial Electrical Engineer for more than six years.
I Currently work as a Commercial Contractor for Manufacturers and Retailers. Ive been educated in the class room and in the field.
