Stihl MS 460 Magnum Rebuilt Like New Strong Runner Super Clean!


⭕ I rebuild, sell and service Stihl chainsaws and today I have for sale a fully rebuilt Stihl MS 460.

This saw is a very strong runner and is super clean! It is almost like new and has many new parts. New crank bearings have been installed as well as new oil seals and crankcase gasket. The crankshaft is used but is in excellent condition. The starter assembly has been partially refurbished(New genuine Stihl Grey paint, new rewind spring, new pull cord), the rotor, pawls and handle are used but in good shape. The muffler is used but has been repainted with high temp black ceramic paint. Clutch and drum are in good condition as is the oil pump and worm gear. The carburetor is a Walbro HD-16B and has been rebuilt. The cylinder assembly and ignition system are the really awesome part about this saw. The cylinder is the more desirable 046 Mahle cylinder with D shaped intake and is in great shape. The piston is used but in good shape and has new oem Stihl rings. The ignition coil is the early 046 three pole variant(1128 400 1309). The 046 cylinder and ignition combined with the newer 460 make this one hell of a saw! The cylinder cover has a little ding and the filter cover has a small crack on the right side. The starter housing also at one time had got a couple dings. The bottom of the clutch side crankcase half has a little wear and scuffed off paint. Handle bar is full wrap and in good condition. Saw comes with a 28 Stihl bar and chain. The bar is used but has a new rollomatic tip and has been trued up. Chain is used Stihl 3/8 .050 gauge full skip chisel but has at least 75% life left if not a little more.
