⭕ This patented one step building block system offers a HURRICANE RESISTANT wind load of 220 + M.P.H. and seismic that blows away our competition. The Masters Block System can be bought and installed at a price COMPETITIVE OR EQUAL TO STICK BUILDING.

The Masters Block Building System is made up of interlocking insulated blocks with 4 to 6 inches of insulating foam and 6 to 8 inches of solid concrete. They are also equipped with metal studs on a 16 inch center for sheetrock. With these blocks you can construct any style home you choose. This is the only building block system that offers PRE-STRESSED re-bar from foundation to top of wall. This will enable you to fasten roof to foundation. When building with this System you simply stack your exterior walls on footing or slab, once wall is stacked drop re-bar through holes on 16 center, which will crush epoxy capsule in pre-drilled hole.

Once epoxy is set (2-4 hrs), you fill holes with non-shrink grout and pre-stress threaded re-bar using nut and washer. When grout is set remove nut and washer and install top plate. YOU ARE READY FOR SHEETROCK.

Our Block System does not require roof to hold up walls, with this product you can achieve an R VALUE OF 30. Masters Block Company should definitely be considered when building affordable housing or in DISASTER PRONE AREAS. These Mastered Blocks are $10.00 per sq. ft with threaded Re-bar INCLUDED. They are available in a variety of colors and applied textures including a GROOVED FACE FOR STUCCO FINISH.
