Can be used to produce whatever you can imagine. It is a full 5 axis machine. Please see a pics of some sample turnings I produced.
I used this machine primarily for sign making and to manufacture speaker cabinets and some furniture parts.
Includes 24 different machine tooling bits for wood carving and cutting (over 300.00 worth) and 3 different collet sizes.
Using CCAM4 software (included) its quick and easy to create beautifully detailed turned spindles up to 9 wide and 36 long.

Liquid Cooled Spindle
Has 220 VAC 400 Hz 3 HP spindle and is whisper quiet and provides excellent performance in a compact package. Features include: a liquid cooled high frequency 2200 Watt motor powered by the variable frequency drive, ER20 collet chuck, NSK bearings with run out measuring less than .005mm. Can be run at low RPM for sanding using a sanding mop.

The 5th Axis on the Arty CNC is adjusted manually. Programs created using Legacys CCAM4 will pause the program and display a message instructing you to adjust the bed a specific number of degrees, which is easily set using a Digital Angle Gauge. Once you adjust the bed the program will machine the part at the specified taper.
This Arty 36 CNC router is your personal CNC routing, turning, milling, carving, and joinery system. Built to solve your most complex woodworking problems.
Will turn stock up to 9 in diameter and 36 in length or mill flat stock that measures up to 18 wide x 36 in length and 3 thick.
Turn - traditional shapes like baseball bats or colonial table legs.
Reed - straight, tapered or contoured shapes.
Flute - round square, multi-sided, straight, tapered or contoured shapes.
Machine - rope, barley twists, hollow forms.
Carve - flat stock or carve 3D shapes wrapped around a spindle.
Mill shapes you would normally take to the band saw.
Create arched, round or swan neck moldings
Carve on panels up to 18 wide X 36 in length and 3 thick.
Cut dovetails, mortise and tendons, finger and other complex joinery.
Add inlays and carvings to your door panels, drawer fronts, or table tops.
Engrave on glass or ceramics.
Mill and cut plastic materials.
