Please come join and check out the Martial Arts classes offered by Japan Martial Arts Federation. New month starts first Tues. or Thurs (you can start at any time) of every month at our location:

Cost: $50/ a month
SPECIAL! Martial Arts classes for all age groups; $25.00 for all new students for the first month. Also, you get $5 off the regular monthly fee a month for additional siblings. If you refer a student that signs up for classes you get $5 off the monthly fee for that month. Private lessons are offered @ $25 an hour. Bring your child to the first class, and we can make a determination on if private lessons will be a better option.

Shotokan Karate Kids (ages 5-13) Tuesdays & Thursdays 5-6 PM
Shotokan Karate Adult (ages 14 & up; up) Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-7 PM
Mixed Martial Arts (ages 12 & up) Tuesdays & Thursdays 7-8 PM
Yoseikan Aikido: (ages 14 & up) Ask about times and availability
Nihon Ju-Jutsu: (ages 14 & up) Ask about times and availability
Womens Self-Defense: (ages 14 & up) Ask about times and availability
Shotokan Karate is a Japanese art consisting of a balanced system of blocks, punches, strikes, and kicks. The emphasis is put on character building and non-violence. It is the best total fitness, confidence building, learning self-defense,etc. for your children or yourself. Womens Self Defense deals with preparing you for that unwanted situation or strategies to avoid it all together. Mixed Martial Arts is a blend of practical combat techniques that can be utilized to fight in the ring or street. Yoseikan Aikido is a Japanese art that utilizes joint locks, body positioning, and momentum to control the opponents offense. Ju-Jutsu is a Japanese art that utilizes take downs, joint locks, hold down techniques, and ground grappling to control the opponent.
