8x18 Prowler Camper/Fish House - Project
This is a 1973 Prowler Camper that has had a new drop down trailer frame put on the bottom. All custom with heavy gauge steel. Has had Diamond steel plating attached to bottom of camper also. Tires, Rims, lifting jacks, etc all in excellent condition. Near new actually. Camper was originally owned by someone in ND. They put it on a hoist and attached a new frame & installed the drop down conversion. All custom. I have been working on it since they did all that work and I purchased it from them. Complete inside has been gutted. 40% or more of the frame was replaced. 100% of the bottom front was redone and reinforced better then factory. Solid. All windows good. No cracks. Most of the 110v and the 12 volt runs are installed. For AC/DC lighting and fan. The furnace is factory and to my surprise works flawlessly and fires up instantly. So kept it installed. Installed all new running lights on outside. Also installed a new outdoor area light (porch light). I left the linoleum that was factory in it to use as a water barrier when I was gonna install new carpeting in it. Floor is solid. ZERO soft spots. Both table pedestal mounts are still in floor. I have both table posts. I was gonna make 2 tables myself just in case. As you can see I just started installed new pine walls. I have an additional 15 new unopened cases of pine siding for inside. Should be enough to complete. Also have not installed catch covers yet so place them where you may want them. A TON of work has been put into this restore/custom camper so far. All the hard work has been done. Obviously the pics dont give the inside justice seeing it has been gutting. The only thing that has to be done (besides the obvious to inside) is to put a couple coats of seal on the roof. Tore out and sealed a bad vent that was put in many years ago. Framed out a sitting bench for all the electrical. Also was gonna be a fold out bed. Second long bench already there also.
****Long Story Short. The Camper/Fish House is at a point you can customize it yourself the way you want it**** Will look new when you are done. And I am including most everything to do so.

New AC florescent lights for inside and kitchen.
New 3 additional AC florescent lights.
Winegard Hide-A-Way TV antenna
Ceiling Vent
New Air vent for AC unit.
New weather stripping for door
New roll of door screening to replace old stuff
New 14inch rustic coat hook rail
Have New and Used shallow light and electrical light sockets that will come w it.
Misc insulation
Trailer harness was bad. Need to be replaced. Obviously cheap/fast fix. I might have an extra. If I do. I will throw it on.
Have tail light covers. Just not on when I took photo.
I saved door to bathroom. Was gonna refinish it.
A small Air Conditioner that fits perfectly in the rear hatch access panel.
