This is a 2013 that was purchased at the end of the year, and used for the first time in May of 2014 (only been used for 2 1/2 summers). This beauty is in exceptional condition and has all the bells and whistles. It is now parked in a fenced in, gated, and coded storage lot in Bay City, MI. It was always parked in an RV resort, and the only time is was ever in tow was to and from that resort. She has been meticulously maintained, and owned by non-smoking seniors.
Some of the many impressive features (that you can follow along with the order of the pictures) are: The island in the kitchen is a rolling portable w/locking rollers, allowing that area to be as big as you want.. put a card table and 4 chairs in that space and just roll it forward. Two maple wood bar stools. Double door refrigerator/freezer. Two pantries. Simply beautiful look of granite swirl design countertops. The factory paper back splash was removed, and we then added a more unique look. Large dining area with chairs that lift for storage underneath. Real leather recliners purchased at Art Van (we placed one in each super sized slide out and removed the factory couch for extra space). We also purchased a brand new couch that turns into a queen sized bed, it has leather like material to blend nicely. With it being just the two of us, we decided to keep the new couch out of the trailer, but it is on a pallet all bubble wrapped and is included in the sale. When the grandkids visited, we just used an air bed.
We had all the carpet removed (which was just a preference) and had new commercial carpet installed on slide outs. The flooring is now top grade vinyl to look like hardwood and ceramic tiles. There is a flat screen TV and a stereo system with speakers both in and out of the RV. Electric fireplace that warms the place up in a hurry.. no need to use the propane.
The giant pantry next to refrigerator is very large for food storage. Up the steps leads into a nice hallway with a big window for lots of light. The full bathroom (with a skylight over the shower) is to the left and the bedroom is straight ahead. There is a nice vanity and a double linen closet up on the super slide. The bedroom has a king sized bed and the bathroom can be reached from in there or from the hall, with a sliding door for privacy. There is a double door wall closet with a ton of shelves and racks inside for all your clothes, and louvered double doors with shelves inside that are for storage. You can remove the shelves and there is a washer/dryer hookup. There is another flat screen TV in the bedroom, and a large two drawer vanity. Please take notice on the outside picture of the RV how wide the bedroom slide out is.
The outside has a power awning and all 3 slide outs have covers over them to keep out debris and leaves. We had purchased separately for the front of the 5th wheel what they call a garage. We paid $850.00 for it, and it was custom made and extremely sturdy. We have patio furniture, bikes, toys, tools, grill, etc., and it all fits under it for winter storage. It has a thick zipper opening for easy access. There is plenty of space built in underneath the RV too. Also, on the outside is a shower for all the sand or for rinsing off your feet.
We have looked at many 5th wheels for sale that are somewhat similar to this one, but not any that are in this fantastic of condition and have everything in tact (and not having carpet to worry about matting)... that is a big plus! We put alot of extra money into this rig on top of what we originally paid for it, but sadly it is now time to call it quits and move on to other things. We have enjoyed this so much and have great memories. The original purchase price was $55,000 and our asking price is $37,500.
