Bicycle and kayak rack. Bikes and Kayaks included. The rack was custom welded and has room to carry the Motor, the 15 gallon PortaPotty Tote, coolers and Much more. Underneath the body, a special heavy duty storage area accommodates the Portabote, life jackets, paddles, etc. The portabote is the GREATEST invention. By itself, it weighs only 50 lbs. The motor weighs about the same. The boat is LEAK PROOF, can be put together in minutes and you can then go out into lakes, the gulf, and rivers. You can go where no other boaters can go! Very buoyant, takes waves and swells well. The new motor has less than 10 hrs on it.
The RV has also been fitted with a special air system that keeps the RV from bouncing going down the highway and level when set up. If a tire goes flat, just pull out the hose and flip the switch. Fills with air rapidly. Also great for air beds or bike tires.
Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch is included. Camper has been pulled by both a F 250( Colorado, Wyoming, Yellowstone area) and a F 350 ( Niagra Falls, Bar Harbor Maine, Grand Canyon) Pulls much better with the air ride system.
We also took out the old style televisions and installed a 36 flat screen TV that Swivels and behind it, where the old style TV was, it left a space perfect for a small Hiar Freezer unit. That is included in the sale price. There is a portable Satellite system for Direct TV, just bring your box, and hook up to the satellite system.
The slide outs are located in the bedroom, the kitchen, living/dining room and office area. That is what sold me on this model originally--an ample space for my ongoing paperwork and computer system. There is also a built in washer and dryer. You do have to have a sewer hookup to use this, but it is SO convenient and no more laundromats! PRICELESS!!
The kitchen is in the center of the home with an island for ample preparation space and passing dishes to the table. The 3 burner stove is gas, as is the full size propane refrigerator. There is more than enough storage for food and staples. Pots and pans, crock pot, small stovetop oven, dishes, glasses and silverware all come with the camper. There is a built in vacuum system, although I prefer grabbing the light vacuum when needed. That is also included. Talk about ambience! The living area has an electric fireplace built in. You can have just the flame on without heat, or up to 1500 Watts of heat being generated. Of course there is central heat and air. Several other small heaters and fans are going with this deal. We replaced the hard to handle chairs with 2 of Sams Clubs recliners. Very easy to pull forward so that you can recline completely. The sofa is a double pull out bed. Full rear view window gives you wonderful view of wherever you camp. There are lots of windows in this unit for very good cross ventilation and the window treatment is the double kind, with the privacy black out shade or just a light shade to keep out the suns rays and keep people from looking in on you during the day.
The very nice size bedroom has a good size sink and cabinet , two sets of drawers, and two mirrored door closets. The bed is a king size bed. Lift up the mattress platform and there is storage for extra sheets and blankets under the bed. The shower includes a small garden tub and is more than ample in size. With improved shower head on extended, flexible hose, it is almost like home.
There are two large propane tanks in the outside bays. The main storage bay is packed with everything you need for outside enjoyment, Lantern, camp chairs and recliner, bug spray, camp rake and shovel, tarp pegs. etc. Included is the sewer and electrical extensions for even far away hookups.
There is a long canopy on the front of the camper. It did get torn, but we have repaired it with special tarp tape so it is leak proof. The roof of the camper has been coolsealed within the last 5 months. Tires have less than 12000 miles on them. The entire unit has always been kept covered.
Since I am older and found the steps leading to the front door to be awkward and dangerous, my husband built a simple ramp, very light, stores in the bed of the truck. It does have a handrail, not shown. My old dog loves it. The steps were making it very difficult for him to go in and out.
Another small, but significant safety feature that we added after hearing numerous stories about people tumbling down the steps from the bed/bath area, was a grip handle on the side wall. So simple, why dont the manufacturers think about it?
