It has a front bedroom with lots of storage and a queen size bed.
There is also a couch and dinette table that fold out for a bed and quad bunk beds in the back.
Sleeps: 8 Comfortably (possibly up to 12)
A full bath with shower.
Kitchen has Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove, Oven and Microwave.
Ducted (in floor) heat and ducted roof air.
LCD TV and built in CD/DVD System.
Unit is self contained.
Trailer is fully equipped. (You pack food and clothing we have taken care of the rest)
Bedding, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, dishcloths, dishtowels, pot holders, coffee maker, lg skillet, toaster, hand mixer, dishes, silverware, mixing bowls, tupperware containers, cooking utinsels, hot dog sticks, camp cookers, folding camping chairs, folding table, paper plates, paper cups, napkins, paper towels, cleaning supplies, table cloth, trash baskets, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, saran wrap, aluminum foil, broom/dustpan, clothes line, matches, grill w/accessories
All utility connections (water / electric)
No Smoking.
Can be towed by a 1/2 ton truck or SUV ( I have hitch and stabilizer bars).
Full insurance coverage is required.
Rates:
$300 - weekend (2 nights).
$50 for each additional night.
$80 for each single week night less than a week.
$500.00 week rental
$100 Security deposit to hold reservation (refundable upon return of trailer in good condition).
Delivery, set-up and pick-up is offered for an additional charge.
