Yashica TL Electro-X 35mm SLR With 50mm F/1.9 Lens


⭕ The TL Electro-X differs from earlier Yashicas in that it has a Copal Square, electronically timed vertical metal shutter instead of a horizontal cloth curtain. M42 lens mount - aka Pentax/Universal Screw Mount. The first camera to use LED indicator lights for metering.

Excellent condition, very clean with no dents, nicks or scratches. Fresh battery. Slight strap wear at the lugs. Winds and fires smoothly, meter is consistent with my hand-helds. Solid, all-metal body, looks and feels much like the Pentax Spotmatic, though I prefer the more angular Yashica styling. Altogether a very rugged camera.

Yashinon-DS 50mm f/1.9 lens. There are lenses in this mount from Yashica, Pentax, Mamiya, Vivitar, and a host of third-party lens builders.
