The diffuser panel for the Rifa has a couple small slits in it. This is not from abuse, but apparently from folding and refolding for transportation. Often, I replace it anyway with Muslin or Light Grid, but it doesnt seem to affect the source in any way if you use the diffuser panel. I still use it. The only reason I am selling all of this is because I dont want to own lighting and/or grip gear anymore. I will take the money and reinvest it into my camera package. Im only interested in owning a camera package going forward.

The shot bags are shot bags and not sand bags. They cost more, easier to deal with, transport better, etc...
