⭕ This is a very cool, Variax 705 modelling bass. It looks and plays great, and it is capable of sounding like 24 different basses at the turn of a switch! Both electric and acoustic basses.

It plays directly through any standard bass amp, or for more flexibility, through a Line 6 bass module.

There controls include...

Volume, which also with a tap, switches between bank one models and bank two models.

Balance (balance between pickups on multi pickups basses like Fender Jazz, or on single pickup basses like P-Bass, it will move the pickup back or forth between the neck and bridge. Very useful when finding the perfect tone to fit in a mix).

Stacked Tone knob adds or removes bass and treble on some models and boost/cut on active bass models.

Bass model selector switch which chooses between the different basses, and with a press, stores the tone you have dialed in for that model to instantly recall it. The selector switch is lighted so you can see the selections on a dark stage.
