I am selling my Baldwin 125th Anniversary Edition Console Piano. It is very clean and in great condition. It was last tuned approx. 1 year ago, but will need to be tuned after move once it acclimates to your environment. It is in great cosmetic condition with some small scuffs on the cabinet. Plays beautifully with wonderful tone, it will be a wonderful instrument for many years to come.

I do not play, this was purchased for lessons, but is no longer being used. I purchased this piano about 8 years ago at 1200.00, it was played very little. Previous owner also used this for their adult lessons, they also indicated it was played very little. I would call this a lightly used instrument over the years, but well maintained.

This piano is located on my first floor entry way, and will be very easy to move.

I must stand firm on the price of $700.00, so I will not entertain lower offers, and you must move this item. I have positioned this as close to the front door as possible for ease of moving. This must be a CASH ONLY Sale with no out of town buyers. You MUST inspect the piano before purchase and pay by cash at time of sale.
