It is in great running condition.
I got too close to a dirt shoulder going around a 20 mpg curve and laid the motorcycle in the dirt. On the right side it has two busted turn signal lights and one bent spotlight bracket. There are a few scratches and small dents. Estimated cost to restore it back to the condition seen in pictures is around $500. I road the motorcycle home after the accident without any problem.
Everything else is in good condition. The back tire only has 750 miles on it, the front tire should last another 5,000 miles.
Today, September 24, 2016, I temporary fixed the turn signals and straightened the right spot light, took it for a spin and took several pictures. It runs great. Those pictures are after the Bill of Sale picture, the pictures all in the same parking lot. I attempted to show all the scratches and dent acquired in the accident.
I never registered the motorcycle. All I have is the Bill of Sale (pictured), no pink slip or any other State sponsored paperwork. I have ridden all over northern California without any driver/motorcycle license nor a license plate on it, putting around 18,000 miles on it. You will get the bill of sale (see image) I received and the license plate, which expired JAN 2012, that was on the motorcycle when I bought the motorcycle and you will get a new bill of sale when you buy the motorcycle. It is up to you to determine if you can register it with the State, Im sure theyd love to collect your money. I will not register the motorcycle nor will I pay for you to register the motorcycle nor will I be liable for any fees or taxes incurred if you choose to register it. I will not ride or transport the motorcycle for you.
