⭕ What a great find -- this is an original Pella Architect Series custom-designed window! Window design and technogy doesnt get any better than this -- this is a top-of-the-line Pella custom window that cost nearly $ 900 new.

This is a never-installed original Pella Architect Series custom wood window. This is the actual window-unit that was to be installed into the framing for the window (i.e., a two-part installation design) -- however, this windows wood perimeter had minor damage to the edge of the framing upon delivery by the installers (see photo). So it was replaced by Pella and we were allowed to keep this slightly-dinged window and the unit has been stored in a dry closet ever since.

This window is gorgeous, with Pellas highest level of design and craftsmanship features. Highly-detailed mullions, which measure 1-1/4 in width, dissect the window into four panes. Pellas unique dual-pane technology have dividers behind the mullions that reduce glare and reflections to simulate four different panes. The wood is clear Douglas fir and the inside has not been stained and the exterior has been primed, so the new owner has their choice of finish colors.

The overall exterior frame of this window measures 45 wide x 58-1/4 tall. The cutout-dimension of the frame is 44-1/2 x 57-3/4. The entire window pane measures 41 wide x 54 tall and each individual glass inside the mullions measures 20 wide x 26-3/4 tall.

Your contractor could easily build-out a frame for this window -- see the photo for the profile of the window to see Pellas weather-proof construction. The low-E glass panes are the most energy-efficient panes in the industry.

If you are building a new home or addition, or want to open up a wall to add a window, you wont find a more attractive or higher-technology window. And since this is a slightly-damaged new window, youll get it a fraction of the cost. This original custom window cost over $ 800 when we bought it!!!
