Nordyne 3-ton Package Heat Pump With 5 Year Parts And Compressor Warranty.


⭕ Im selling my 2013 model 3-ton package heat pump. There is nothing wrong with it. Im in the HVAC business and Im upgrading to a different type of system in my home.
The unit still has a little over five years of parts warranty left on it.
It also has a warranty if the compressor fails in the next five years Nordyne will replace the unit not just the compressor.
Installation is available for an extra charge probably no more than $500 plus whatever materials are needed.
This unit is also compatible for trailer installations. This unit would work fine on a single wide and some double wides depending on insulation, age, and shading factors.
The unit has a two stage compressor operation. It runs a roughly 70% capacity most of the time and if it really gets hot or you have an extra heat load in the house it will run in high speed and give you a full 34600 btus of cooling. This is a 15 SEER unit with a 12 EER rating. It comes with 10kw auxiliary strip heaters. This was Nordynes top of the line package heat pump in 2013.
Also included is a touch screen programmable thermostat.
