Excellent condition! 27 Ton Log Splitter with a strong and reliable Honda GCV 160 4-cycle gas engine. Heavy duty splitter makes short work of a big stack of firewood. This log splitter has been gently used by single homeowner. Its in perfect working order. Towable. Moving out of state, not needed at new home. I am leaving my co-op family to follow my instructor to a new farm. I really hate to leave these ladies hanging so I figured I would post. Our co-op is 7 horses now, with 2 shifts per horse. I will be leaving with one horse and another horse will be moving back home in the near future. So really there are potentially 2 spots. I could only work weekends but there maybe some flexibility for other shifts. The farm is on Baldwin Mill Road and is absolutely gorgeous. The owner allows Full Care, Self-Care and Co-op situations. The barn has a center aisle and a nice area to ride around the outside of the stalls. Great for bad weather. There is a race track that some brave souls like to gallop, my speed is more of a walk. There are lots of woods and trails, a huge inside area of the racetrack where a ring is in the works. There is also a round pen. The stalls are very roomy. In the co-op we supply our own feed, inside hay can be a shared bale or supply your own and you pay a share of the outside hay and sawdust. Everyone is on a 12/12 schedule. There are plenty of pastures too. The best part of the co-op are the people. These ladies will care for your horse as if it is their own. They are all very responsible and mature. I was the old lady of the bunch at 42 but probably the least experienced. Everyone is kind and supportive. I hate to leave anyone in a bind and I would feel better if I could find someone to take my spot. I am going to continue to help when able.Great States manual push mower. This is a beast of a garden tractor with a hydraulic transaxle and hydraulic power points for the many implements that can be used with this tractor. It has a gas powered, fuel injected, 22 hp Commercial Kawasaki V-twin engine. It has 1045 hours on it. I am still using it so it will continue to increase a bit. Ive never had any issues with this tractor in the four years Ive owned and operated it. It has been annually serviced. It is very easy to operate with power steering and fwd and reverse pedals, and it makes quick work of mowing large yards. I have a steep lot and I purchased this mower because it has good roll axis stability (heavy, low cg, and wide wheelbase) and a locking differential for climbing steep grades. The purchase includes the tractor, 60 in mower deck, deck chute, spare blades, any other parts or fluids I have for it. Has electric start and starts right up. Runs loud because the muffler probably has no baffles left. Overall in very good condition for its age, these were definitely built to last. Everything worked 100% when I purchased this used from a friend last summer (he ran it and demoed everything for me) but it saw no use last winter since we barely got snow.
