⭕ Foothills Tow is now for sale as I am looking to retire in the next few years. Located in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains along Hwy.80 in Colfax, Ca
There is a lot of room for growth for this small business.
I currently only take calls from local Law enforcement. The Tow Service Agreement I have is with Gold Run CHP, Auburn CHP and Auburn PD. The area I work covers 43 miles of Interstate 80 from Newcastle to Kingvale and the city limits of Auburn.
There is lots of opportunity to expand by taking on Insurance, Auto Club, cash and private calls.
I rent my tow yard and have a small office trailer for my office. My landlord has adjoining office space for rent and is a great guy. I have been here about 17 years and in the towing industry for about 24 years.
My small business does very well for my wife and I. I work this business by myself.
I would like to sell the business with my two Trucks. These include a 2013 Ram 5500 4x4 4doors Wrecker at 47,000 miles. This truck has been appraised at $ 72,000. and a 2015 Ram 5500 flatbed with 11,000 miles. This truck has been appraised at $66,000. Miles on both trucks are as of 3/15/2017
I will only consider selling the two trucks individually if the business sells without them.
The Business alone is now priced at $145,000.00 which is 3 times the earnings.
The business and both trucks is Priced at $280,000.

There is the possibly that I will carry the note on the two Trucks.
