⭕ Resale business in Prairie du Chien Wisconsin for sale. Store has been opened since the end of September 2011, all the years in same location. Business has been profitable since opening. Net profit after all expenses has been around $25,000-50,000 annually. Total sales the last couple years has been over $400,000 with 2015 ending around $470,000. We dont have an accurate cost of inventory but cost of inventory should be at least if not more than asking price. As well as inventory, other items include security system, shelves/displays, jewelry equipment, etc. No land is included with this purchase. Just for business/inventory. Current location is leased, no land/building included in sale.

In-store sales and purchases each month vary each month but both are generally between $20,000-40,000. Business has been increasing in numbers each year. Income includes instore sales as well as online sales (Ebay/Amazon) and scrap jewelry.

I am currently renting the location. It is located in downtown Prairie du Chien. There is about 2000 square feet on 1st floor of location. If you were to purchase the business you could continue the lease here or move to another location in Prairie du Chien or move inventory somewhere else.

Looking to sell it to have more free time, Ive put lots of hours into the store. Store has one part time employee that works about 25 hours a week. Otherwise I generally work at least part of the day 7 days a week.

Asking $120,000 for the business. I know this is a big investment and would be willing to discuss a deal where I only sell part of the inventory to make it a more manageable number. I would then just keep the other inventory and just sell on my own online or thorough other sources, not through physical retail location. Business still has plenty of room for growth.

If you were looking to expand product line the current business location doesnt allow for gas powered items for fire safety reasons so this includes lawn mowers, chainsaws, etc. There is also a large market for firearms which we dont get involved with. There arent many locations that deal with used firearms in the area. There is also a demand for car audio. The business is just a resale shop but an actual pawn shop would also be a possibility. I am constantly called a pawn shop and have many people that desire to just get a loan on their items. We didnt become a pawn shop because of the regulations and storage space needed but profits would benefit from being an actual pawn shop. Someone with a vision could really grow this business.
