Have raised beds to grow things inside as well
1 greenhouse with tropical fruit trees
Also have a shade house with hydroponic towers and have a few towers out front of building
Building built off last greenhouse with cottage kitchen dining area storage area AC room (for produce) and entrance area with 2 wooden bars used for Dinners
Built lean too off the end of that for seasonal produce market. But opening produce market full time now just up on main highway.
Produce market is included in sale but leasing property--do not own this property. Will have market open soon to begin spring season
Using cottage kitchen for making and baking for market (breads, cinnamon rolls, banana breads etc) as well as for CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Our members get weekly or bimonthly baskets of fresh fruits and veggies as well as fresh eggs local creamery cheese and butter fresh baked breads (cottage kitchen) and so much more
CSA is included in sale
You will have income as soon as you take over from CSA and market
We also do Farm To Table Dinners in the spring and fall (cottage kitchen/dining room area)
And we do Farm To Table lunches on fridays as well. Mostly BLTs since that is what everyone likes us to do the best. Large sandwich (homemade bread) with 2 sides (my own version of baked beans with onions peppers ground beef etc...mac and cheese, potatoe salad, pasta salad, etc) and a dessert ....normally something like peach cobbler. All homemade and a glass of tea for $10. Lunch is from 10:30-2 and we have done between 60-100 on average
Farm To Table Dinners are $200 per couple and are a 6 course meal with wine and cocktails
I either do the cooking for we get local chefs to come in and cook at no charge just for the notoriety for themselves
We are also starting a Adventerous Eaters Club with a local Chef.
We also cater events here such as business lunches and dinners
As far as growing in the greenhouses in hydroponics we start planting the towers in august and they produce thru may/June.
At that time we stop growing and use June-August to clean sterilize and do any repairs and also take a little time off in the summer
A lot of local produce on the market in the summer and prices drop sonit is a good time to take a break
I do not have anything growing in the greenhouses at present.
I am selling due to retiring
I will help teach and train you if you need me to. Dependent upon how much time and training you need from me, I can help you get started or can be a phone call away. If you need a lot of training we can work something out with paying me to do so
Farm animals and pins are on property and go with sale. Chickens, ducks, turkeys, gunieas, pigs peacocks etc
I also have an aviary with parrots. 5 aviary pins (10x12 each) with an open area on the other side of 12x50 with tropical Plants and flowers. Very pretty area. Love to go sit in there. Very relaxing
Parrots can stay or I can take them with me.
Home on property is 2600 sq ft with 4/2 and one bathroom in back off office that is unfinished.
Wrap around porch (3/4 around house). Hard wood floors except in master bedroom which is carpet
Dining room, living room, breakfast nook, office, (another room for separate office or sewing ? etc)
Fruit trees planted about the property (fig plum pear satsuma kumquat olive blackberries blueberries peach grapefruit orange etc)
4 acres on a dead end road. 3 rentals and 9 homes. Everyone knows everyone

Greenhouses have exhaust fans and propane heaters and middle circulation fans. Tanks with pumps for hydroponics. Everything need to run systems
Have another greenhouse to put up over a mat to install aquaponics systems
Will have this done before the final sale. And can train you on growing fish, prawns (fresh water shrimp) and fresh water lobsters and will have these systems up and running

Greenhouses need to be replasticed and I will have this done before the final sale
Can sell all produce you can grow between using in your CSA and selling in the produce market
Can also sell to other local produce markets. Never had a problem selling anything I grew
Will also show you how to buy produce from south Florida for CSA and also for the market and can have it shipped. Will take you there and teach you where to buy and how to buy
Market will also sell plants and flowers and fruit treees and some imports like garden art home decor pottery etc
Will teach you where to buy all of that as well

Hydroponics and farm animals and we always have babies on the farm
There is also a storage container on the property. A well for the house and a deeper well for the greenhouses and cottage kitchen. A
Power pole for the house and another one for greenhouses and another one for building
This place is totally set up and operational
We have also held Crab Boils and things like Fry Day where they get to come sample all kinds of fresh veggies fried. From fried corn on the cob to deep fried avacados and everything in between. Gets the farm noticed and also makes money. Anything you can think of to do is a draw to get the word
Out about the farm the CSA and the market.
On saturdays at the market we have Free Sample Saturdays 10-2. From fresh made salsa they can sample and buy (we make it and always sell out) to homemade jams and jellies. We also have a cob
Oven where we bake fresh bread and it sells As fast as it gets baked
We also sell roasted corn on the cob
Its not just free samples but lots of foods to buy and eat
Everything we do and have done here goes hand in hand
We also make homemade salads and dressings and sell out of them as well. If its homemade ....it sells!!!
