⭕ Basically this is what is here....
2600 sq ft 4/3 (one we have not finished yet) with 3/4 wrap around porch
4 acres property in Spanish Fort school system
19 greenhouses with hydroponic systems in all but 4 but I have systems to install in 2
Have 1 House with tropical fruit trees
And 1 house is 1/2 storage and 1/2 plants

One of the houses of the 15 is with hb pots with drip system and under them we had raised beds for rooted crops
There is a shade house with hydroponic towers. Best to grow lettuces or strawberries and can year round except lettuce not in 1/2 dec-feb. And if plant with strawberries they dont do well in heat. So finish them in April and replant them in Sept

There is a small area of towers right out front of the building

There is a addition built on the gh that has an aviary where I had parrots. Parrots go with me ! It also has a tropical area in it with plants and flowers fountain wind chimes arbor bench etc. nice peaceful area
There is also a cottage kitchen in that building with a dinning area and AC room for produce storage and storage area as well as an entrance area where I have a shelf with canned goods that I canned and sell. And I have 2 wooden bars I bought in Mexico that are totally set up as a bar area. Used it with my dinners and catered events
There is also a lean to built off that side where we had our in season market. That would be a good area for seeding
There is a container out there I used for storage

All kinds of fruit trees planted all over the yard. Lemon orange kumquat satsuma grapefruit plum pear fig blueberry blackberry mulberry olive and Im sure I forgot some
There are many pins for farm animals. I raise chickens ducks turkeys pheasants quail peacocks pegions (I did doves for weddings at one point ) pot belly pigs goat quineas etc
Also had rabbits at one time. And I have 2 quinea pigs.
All the animals serve a purpose and were a bit on school field trips and events. People love walking around as most have never been on a farm.
I have incubators we hatched eggs. To sell the babies or to restock our flock
I also buy meat chickens and raise them out for our family and to sell at $4# with most of our chickens dressing our between 7-9#
I raise quail to sell as well as for meat for our family

Other than growing produce in the greenhouses we have done the following......
School field trips
Classes on sustainable living , raising chickens for meat and eggs, backyard gardening, hydroponic and aquaponic gardening, beekeeping, canning, baking bread and so on
We also use our facility for hosting things people ask us to. Office gathers, luncheons, partys etc
I also hold several Farm To Table Dinners in the spring and the fall and we get local chefs to come cook or I did the cooking. Either way all seats were always sold out
We have also considered doing a haunted greenhouse in the fall. Great money maker. Can also sell food since we have the cottage kitchen. And high school kids will help work it for cheap

I partner in with other farmers and ranchers to use their products in our CSA Like butter and cheese from local creamery, honey and I baked bread and make homemade goodies
I also buy a whole Cow and pig and sell fresh beef and pork. All cuts. I put it in the freezer and sell as ordered

There are also local markets you can set Up and sell at on a weekly basis in season. I did that some but it was more work than I wanted to do with everything else I had going on

Now. As far as the greenhouses go
I know what I can do with them and have done. But not everyone works like I do And not everyone has the experience I have.
That being said .....there is good money in this business the way I have things set up
But it is all about knowledge know how and drive
I am not selling this as a business. Why? Because if I did I would need to show tax returns and P&Ls etc. and it has been my experience with selling other retail shops I have had, that people see what you have done and they think they can work 10-3 and make the same Money I did.

So...you might have the same drive and motivation and work ethic I do. If so, great !! Good chance at success. I will gladly show you on paper what you can grow in each house and how much each plant in each row should produce and how much it sells for. I can show you cost to get that seed to sellable! It is up to you to make it happen. I can teach you everything you need to know. Unless you already know
But if you dont, I can tell you exactly what you have to do. It isnt hard. It isnt rocket science. But it is something called work!

Now....I start seeding and planting in August
I do not grow in the summer. Reason#1. Too hot in the gh and I didnt want to spend the money to update with cooling wall just for a few months and also for reason 2.
Reason #2. Late spring and summer is when all the local farmers are hauling in their crops and I prefer not to have to compete with them. I sell my stuff higher because it is worth it for being as organic as possible and for brmeing grown hydroponically. But with any market (as it is with the local Ones I sell to) price is a factor so why compete when you dont have to

I take those months to clean up the gh and sterilize and get ready for growing again. And it gives us a break.
It usually ends in may sometimes to Til
June. Then Its time to clean up and get ready for next season
See. Farmers plant twice a year. Spring and fall. In gh and with hydroponics you get a longer growing season and the plants will continue he to produce as long as they are getting what they need. Sun/air flow/ water/ ferterlazation etc

You start in August planting

There are exhaust fans along the front of the gh. I have 2 to put up in the backnside to help with air flow. There are fans in the middle for circulation and 4 big gas heaters plus a few Others that use propane or diesel that are on wheels. To use where ever
There are propane heaters along the back of the gh
There is a well that runs the gh as well as cottage kitchen
House has its own well as well as its own power pole
Gh has its own power pole and building has another power pole
I do need to put in a bathroom. But since I havent I get portalets when ever we have something going on like dinners field trips etc. In the spring I usually keep one for about 3 months and fall for 2 months or 3 depending on what all I have scheduled

There is a black mat down in front of part of the building and I have the poles to set up another gh over it. This is where I was putting my Aquaponics I have did the trial And error thing even after going to others places and getting schooled by them in this area. Now I am ready to set up several systems and raise tilapia prawns (fresh water shrimp) and also fresh water lobsters I have most of everything needed to get it going

My plans for myself are to move 3 miles from here to family land and open a full time produce market. (So I can buy from you)

Also....I have farmers in south Florida I deal With. Either sold to or bought from for my CSA or when I had my market open.
I cant grow everything I can sell at a market plus I bring back a lot of tropical fruits
I also plan to set up a small garden center with my produce market . Just something small
I am trying to scale back and enjoy more of life

I know most all people in the produce game in this area and selling what I grew was never a problem. Nor was getting my price

Oh. I also have allot of herbs in the gh. Some in towers and some in pots. I cut and put in snack size zip loc bags and sell $1.50 bag for just a little. It is a great money maker

What I have here I have tried to make our family self sufficient. I make a lot of our own bath and body products and I make and sell soap too
I can a lot. And put stuff in the freezer. For the family and to sell.
We raise our own meats or i buy a whole cow and pig
In the gh I grow tea plants coffee plants and cinnamon as well as Cocoa and fresh herbs

This is a wonderful Home which I will miss more than I am sure I even know. Lived here quiet a long time. Kids went to school here and grew up here. This is a dead end road and everybody knows everybody
You can make a great living doing what you enjoy.....if this is your cup of tea
We enjoyed having our summers a little free to go to the beach. And we love the keys so we would go early August when lobster season opened.
I hired help when I needed it. Otherwise we would do the work. We meaning my now ex and my kids and myself. But pretty much he and I could handle things

I will be happy to get in to $$$$ when you come here. But I will say this....even someone with little experience or None who listened to me and called me when they needed help of to ask a question (and yes I will be happy to help), can easily make $100,000 their first year but there is more that can be made. All depends on you ! I can show you .....from there its up to you !
If you say $350,000 for house and land
And $400,000 for gh hydroponics building etc....this is an awesome rare find and deal !
No one else in or near this area does what I do. I found a nitch ! And it just works!
