The entire space is distinctive in its use of reclaimed Douglas Fir for the bar, timber frame booths, and wainscoting, with floors of bamboo and textured concrete. An outdoor patio with native plant landscaping, covered pavilion, and music stage accommodates 100+ people for concerts and al fresco dining during summer and early autumn months.

The seven lodge rooms on the upper level each feature a uniquely rustic elegant design, including a plush king or queen bed, private bath, satellite TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and gourmet coffeemaker.

The lodge has been in operation since 2005, with steadily increasing revenue and a growing base of repeat customers. The restaurant opened in 2008 and has become widely known as one of the finest in the area, earning outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor and other social media.

The combined businesses have a current EBITDA of $75,000 with a salaried head chef and all hired servers. This could easily translate to $130,000+ with an owner/operator chef and manager spouse.
