21' Insulated Container HazMat Hazardous Material Chemical Storage

This is a used all-steel storage container, built to store hazardous materials.
To that end, it is equipped with a deep sump to capture spills, insulated walls, an automatic fire extinguisher system, three blast doors in the roof, an exhaust fan and automatically closing vents.
It is 21 feet long, 8 feet wide and 9 feet tall, and sits on four 12x12x1/2 steel pads located at each corner. The pads protrude about three inches from the sides and ends of the container.
It is equipped with forklift sockets, accessible from either side, spaced on 50 centers.
It was originally equipped with a raised floor consisting of steel C-channels on edge, tack-welded to the steel subfloor, and heavy steel grating on top of the C-channels. We removed these parts to get the flat floor shown in the photos, but still have all the removed parts, so it could be returned to original condition.
We also removed the exhaust fan and shroud, but still have these parts.
The fire extinguisher system is intact and shows full charge on the gauge.
7/8 drain holes have been drilled in the corners of the floor, which would have to be plugged if the original intent of the sump is to be restored.
The steel floor had spills and flaking paint on it. It has been thoroughly scraped, and is nearly ready to be primed and repainted.
The double man-doors show signs of forced entry, but have been repaired to usability, and are lockable.
Please note that this container is VERY heavy, much more so than a shipping container of similar size. It probably weighs more than 8,000 pounds empty, so keep that in mind when determining how you will have to move it.
It sits on our large gravel driveway near downtown Reno, and youll have reasonable access for a large roll-back truck to winch it up onto the deck, or you can use an off-road forklift of sufficient capacity to lift it and set on a flatbed semi trailer.
