An alloy frame Mountain Bike with new Shimano Altus components greared low for climbing hills (3x8 speed). This bike is

fitted with disc brakes and Shimano Altus shift Levers for positive shifting. Wheels are hand built using 32 spoke Shimano

M475 hubs & black rims. Tires have a knobby tread for rough roads and are kevlar reinforced Schwalbe Black Jacks for puncture

resistance and long life. All parts are fully servicable.

This bike is light enough (28 pounds) to lift onto an island ferry or carry up a flight of stairs yet tough enough for

everyday commuter work and light cargo hauling (with optional rack), like trips to the grocery store. Because it is assembled

in St Thomas, there are no high shipping costs. This bike will give you years of trouble free service with minimum maintenance.
