⭕ This amazing gadget not only helped me become more physically active, counts steps, calorie burning ect but the app also records three types of breathing: calm, focus, and tension. It will send you an alert or buzz if you appear tense and has built in meditations, or have a long spell of attention, so that you can educate yourself of how your brain behaves. And bonus I accidentally wore it to bed and was woken up by the Spire alerting me that I was not breathing! Im scheduling an appointment to see if I have sleep apnea!
