2010 Forest River Surveyor Eco-Lite Travel Trailer
Comes with brand new rhino sewer hose and camco drinking water hose. Ill work on the price so you can get a mattress or I can get one for the trailer.
Has Suburban 30,000 BTU Furnance and works perfectly. Also included is a Dimplex 1500 watt electric fireplace that would be good to use at nightly camp sites since the electric is included in the price. 6 gallon Suburban water heater electric or propane. New heating element and T-Stat installed on water heater 4 months ago. Water gets very hot! Carpet was replaced one year ago Berber residential carpet. Vinly flooring thru kitchen and in bathroom. New speakers thru out trailer two in bedroom, two in living room, and two outside. 900 watt Microwave was replaced three months ago. Bathroom and kitchen faucets are residential and have shut valves so if you have to work on something you still have water. Toilet has shut off valve and new toilet seals installed one month ago. Bathroom has fantastic fan three speed. Living room has Low profile MaxxFan 7000K 12 Volt Fan Vent 12 Inch 10 Blades with Remote Control. Has 10 speeds and thermostat. 900 Cubic feet per minute. Amp draw on each setting 10% 0.2 amps, 20% 0.4 amps, 30% 0.5 amps, 40% 0.8 amps, 50% 1.1 amps, 60% 1.5 amps, 70% 2 amps, 80% 2.6 amps, 90% 3.3 amps, and 100% 4.4 amps. On ceiling fan mode you can operate the fan while the lid is closed use this mode for circulating your heat in the winter. Fan has 2 year warranty valid until August 2018. R-Tech insulfoam mold resistant panels for all windows to help keep your heat in during the winter. They easily come out when you dont need them. The travel trailer water lines are winterized. Dry weight is only 6257lbs and for a 33ft trailer thats very light! Comes with $250.00 EZ-Lift Hitch keeps the trailer from swaying in the wind and Slower fatigue on driver. The part that the chains clamp down on the front of the trailer is welded to the trailer. Comes with two 30lb propane tanks. Trailer is smoke free and pet free. I have all the paperwork that came with it also.
