PREMIER OFF ROAD IN Phoenix now provides the first quality RZR 900-1000 clutch rebuilds. Our clutches take a beating here in the dust and hot S.W. causing common failures like lock-up, noise, non-disengagement to complete failure.
If you have these conditions you are probably looking on line and gone to your local dealer only to be told you need new clutches. NOT the case!
We are an extremely experienced clutch repair company here to turn your clutches into a just as new condition.
Premier disassembles and inspects components. All pressed bushings are replaced and the main belt idle needle bearing is cleaned and lubed for re-use. We have needle bearings but often they are not damaged. Then we install our own patent pending spider roller and pin design. our rollers can take all you can dish out and more! Next we machine the worn wear ramps and replace the wear pads to a custom oversize wear pad.
We also recommend our flyweight up grade which illuminates the flyweight bushings, a leading cause of failure.

FLY WEIGHT UP-GRADE INCLUDING PARTS............. $33. (included in basic rebuild)
SECONDARY CLUTCH MACHINE WITH ROLLERS/bushings ..................$200.

WE DO HAVE TIME OCCASIONALLY TO DRIVE TO YOUR PLACE AND REMOVE CLUTCHES FROM YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE.
