We put some very nice, vintage, approx. 3mm THICK wool and wool-blend felt out in the craft supplies section.
This specialty item sells for anywhere from $40.00-$75 + for a 1 yard piece !
There are several nice sized pieces of this hard to find quality craft material in brown and burgundy... and it is only priced at about $12-$15 a yard.
