Cuisinart DCL-8 Plus Food Processor - 11 Pieces


⭕ Attention all foodies, gourmands, gastronomes, and busy people in search of a kitchen tool to make prepping food and making meals fast, enjoyable, & delicious.

This classic model Cuisinart is in excellent working condition.
It comes with 11 pieces and includes:
- White base engine (excellent shape)
- 8-10 cup plastic working bowl (no cracks)
- 2-piece plastic cover and feed tube (no cracks)
- Plastic feed tube plunger
- Stainless Steel chopping/mixing blade
- Stainless Steel Julienne Disc
- Stainless Steel Fine Shredding Disc for zucchini, carrots, cheese, etc
- Stainless Steel Thin Slicing Disk
- Plastic disk stem
- Booklet

This food processor was a gift and has enjoyed incredibly good karma. It can belong in your kitchen for $30 cash. The stainless steel blades alone cost over $75. All parts can be replaced in the future from numerous online suppliers.

In addition, I am selling separately my 25-piece collection of Cuisinart Cooking Club newsletters.
In the 1980s, Cuisinart had a cooking club with a monthly newsletter. Each newsletter contained up to 30 seasonally appropriate recipes, all configured for prepping in one of four sizes of the Cuisinart food processor. The food combinations are still popular today, and the recipes are easy to prepare and even adapt to todays food processors (Cuisinart and others), mixers and other devices.

If you are like me and love to read about food, you will love to peruse (or binge read) these newsletters, collected from August 1986- March 1989. Id love to share these recipes with you! They are my original copies, and there are few to no markings on any of them. There are also two recipe indexes for July 1982-August 1987 and January - December 1988. They will delight you to read and provoke you to try. I will include these in the sale with the Food Processor for an additional $20.
