RARE! Omaha Architectural Medical Arts & Dgls Cty Annex Pieces


⭕ RARE pieces from Historical Omaha buildings, which - unfortunately - no longer exist! - - - TWO (2) sandstone balustrades pillars from the DOUGLAS COUNTY ANNEX which was located at 20th & Harney Streets. I do not have a photo of that building. I understand there were only 24 at the top of the building but cant guarantee it. Each balustrade measures 34 tall and the block / square portion at the bottom of each pillar is 10 square, to give you an idea of the size. - - - The incredible white marble slab top is from the lobby of the MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING which was located at 101 S. 17 St. It was completed in 1926 and was destroyed torn down in 1999. Measurements: 48 1/2 wide X 19 5/8 deep X 7/8 thick. - - - The marble is not connected to the two balustrades in any way - it simply sits on top of the two pillars, making an awesome statement piece. - - PHOTOS DO NOT DO JUSTICE TO THESE PIECES. They are extremely heavy and in terrific condition - must see in person! - - - - - - - - - -NOTE: We have other architectural pieces which well be selling from other Omaha buildings which no longer exist. - - - These have resided in our very clean smoke-free home since we purchased them in 2000.
